TDG has continued to support the Alberta Cancer Foundation through a CEO search, and ongoing Board governance, engagement, and strategic planning.
A strategic framework was launched, providing the organization’s new CEO, Wendy Beauchense with the direction from which she and the team built a 3-year plan. One year in and they have made significant progress on the Calgary Center Campaign with a second campaign in active development.


Like so many in our sector who face the pressure to produce a campaign, there was a lot that needed to happen. If it wasn’t for our work with TDG, we wouldn’t be ready for a campaign. They sped up the growth of our organization. TDG played a key role to make sure we had an appropriate structure in place, had the right materials and tools for cabinet and staff."

An initial organizational review provided the University of Saskatchewan team with a suggested structure for advancement as well as market research and planning for a comprehensive campaign.
